New and Unused Items
All returns MUST be done in writing. Please make sure to email email@example.com within 15 days upon receipt of the item to determine if the item can be returned. Please make sure to write down your reason for returning the item. A Return Authorization Number or RAN must be requested from us before returning any item to us. Any returns without a Return Authorization Number or RAN will not be accepted. We will give you clear instructions on how to return the package to us and provide you a return label once you have requested a RAN from us. Returns after 15 days upon receipt of the item(s) and without a RAN will NOT be accepted. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us and the shipping charges will be paid by you. We provide free shipping on all orders over $100 but when you return an item, we will deduct the actual shipping charges that we incurred in sending the item(s) to you.

There are items on our website that are subject to a Restocking fee. Restocking fee varies depending on the manufacturer. If you are unsure of the item that you wish to order, please check with us first if the item is subject to a restocking fee.
Made-to-Order, Custom Made, Special Order Products, Special Priced Items, Used and Assembled Items
Custom order, Made to Order, Special Order Products (such as lighting fixtures, furniture, bikes), Special Discounted Items (such as use of Coupon and special discounted items), and Used and Assembled Items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. As we do not keep inventory of these items and our manufacturer make them as you order, we therefore CANNOT accept returns, exchanges or issue a refund.
Wrong and Defective Items
Upon receipt of the package from us, please make sure to inspect the items to ensure that you received the right item and that it is in perfect condition. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, or if you received a wrong item, please make sure to contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package.
If it’s a result of our error, we will issue you a call tag and arrange for shipment pickup from your place to our warehouse. As soon as our courier pick-up the package from your place, we will ship you the replacement for the same item within 24 hours.
All International Orders (including CANADA and MEXICO) are "All Sales Finals" and CANNOT be cancelled or returned. Before you make any purchase from our website, please make sure to check our Return Policy first or email email@example.com if you have any questions.
Upon receipt of the package and once our warehouse confirmed that the item you have returned is in good condition, we will issue you a refund within 5 business days. The same as the brick and mortar store. We will issue a credit to the same credit card that you used when you originally placed the order with us.
All products are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers. If you have any questions about the warranty or want to make a claim and know the warranty cover for a particular product, please email us or call us. We will make sure to work with the manufacturer to work on your claim.
