Our return policy is based on our manufacturer’s return policy and most of them do not accept returns, or may require a 25% restocking fee. Please email us via our contact us form to learn more about the return policy of the specific brand or item you would like to purchase.

Our product page provides all the information you need from dimension to material, and high resolution product shots to help you decide in purchasing the products. We do not accept returns for items ordered other than the ones listed below:

What to do next?

The best way to get the return expedited is to send us a message via our contact us form with the following info:

  • Full Name of Recipient
  • Order Number
  • Attachment of picture showing the damaged part of the item and packaging or box

 

Once we have received your email, we will immediately provide you with instructions on what to do with the item. Please do not throw the box or any packaging materials that come with the item/s.

Please make sure to inspect the delivered items once you have received them. We allow a 15-day grace period to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.

Special Order and Imported Items

All special orders including made-to-order, custom made and imported items cannot be cancelled and are NON-RETURNABLE.

Assembled and Installed Items

All assembled and installed items are non-returnable.

Refunds or Store Credits

Refunds or store credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
