The offline gravitational filter uses a multilayer filtration cartridge that filters 99% of water-born pollutants and revitalizes water to ensure maximum hydration. Requires no energy. This water filter is made of chemical free porcelain with lead-free glazing and hand blown lead-free pyrex glass and has a recyclable filter cartridge.

Filter Time:
It takes 20 to 30 minutes to filter the 4 liters from the top tank. The main bottom tank has a capacity of 11 liters.

Important!
The life time of the Aquacristal filtration cartridge is 4 months. It is very important to change the cartridge every 4 months to prevent bacterial build up and pollutants overload of the filtration media.

Eco-friendly Sense
The unit has been designed to reduce plastic use and plastic contact with water as much as possible. Most of it is made of chemical free porcelain with lead free glazing. The filtration cartridge is made from hand blown lead free Pyrex glass. The only "plastics" in direct contact with water are silicone gaskets and some polypropylene separator parts in the filtration cartridge. Polypropylene is known as one of the most neutral and has been chosen because it is one of the most stable plastic available.
